sont consideres comme navires de guerre, et soumis a ce titre au present reglement, tous batiments sous le commandement d'un officier du service actif de la marine de l'Etat, montes par un equipage de la marine militaire, et autorises a porter le pavillon et la flamme de la marine militaire,
La forme du navire, sa destination anterieure, le nombre des individus qui en composent l'equipage ne peuvent alterer ce caractere.
Sont assimiles aux navires de guerre les navires etrangers qui sont mis expressement a la disposition des chefs d'Etat ou de leurs envoyes officiels. Les embarcations qui dependent de ces navires en suivent le regime.
