A la suite des attentats terroristes qui ont frappé notre pays dans la soirée du 13 novembre 2015 et de l’intervention de la loi n° 2015-1501 du 20 novembre 2015 prorogeant l’application de la loi n° 55-385 du 3 avril 1955 relative à l’état d’urgence et renforçant l’efficacité de ses dispositions, le Conseil d’Etat a été saisi, le 1er décembre, d’un projet de loi constitutionnelle de protection de la Nation.
